Partner Manager

We are now looking for a Partner Manager who can take Adway to the next level and help us take new grounds on the European markets!

A rapidly increasing number of the world’s leading employers are putting their trust in Adway. They turn to us to gain a strategic advantage, attract tomorrow’s talent, and enhance their Employer Brand in social media. In order to develop and strengthen our position in the international market, we are now looking for a Partner Manager with placement at our Gothenburg or Stockholm office. 

The HR/TA sector is constantly changing, and the ability to remain visible and attract talent has become a necessity for companies that want to be able to grow their organization.

As Partner Manager at Adway we offer you the opportunity to:

 - Be responsible for the navigation between the various parties and events in the - market, and the creation/establishment of successful collaborations/partnerships. 

- Handling both our current and new Partner relationships with a goal to increase the yearly turnover by 10M€

- You will be the bridge between Adway and the market, and you will have the whole of Europe as your playground!    

This is a unique opportunity to work in a completely new role where you will create and enhance the relationships between Adway and Europe’s leading HR companies. You'r long experience of working within sales is an obvious prerequisite for this role, and you are probably already thinking about and planning how you are going to tackle this assignment. You find your pulse starting to race when you read that you will have the greater part of the world as your workplace, as you are not one to shy away from an adventure.

In your previous roles you have gained experience of managing projects from an early phase to successful outcome. You are capable of working independently, and you often have a number of different projects on the go at the same time.

Additionally, you feel that the following points match your profile:

- 5 years of experience of B2B and successful work involving the development of “partner channels” 

- Experience of digital marketing

- Good ability to translate technology into “customer benefit”

- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English

- Creative and solution-oriented

- A wizard at building relationships and CRM

We also view it as a merit if you have worked within HR/Tech and you have your finger on the pulse of the latest trends within the sphere of Talent Acquisition.
