With our software, we help our customer automize their job adverts on social media and job boards to attract both passive and active talent.
So, about the role..
This is a great opportunity to further your product owner skills together with diverse teams in a high-paced, venture-backed scale-up. You’ll be working closely with your colleagues in product and tech and play a central role in making sure we continuously evolve our product-market fit.

Take responsibility for team overall delivery through planning, execution and follow-up
Own and maintain the Product Backlog.
Take ownership of requirements and ensure quality of user stories
Translate the product vision and the product roadmap to tactical deliveries
Lead the team in refinement and prioritization
Facilitate idea generation of new features & content
Prioritize and develop state of the art functions and products
Define KPIs:s and ensure that we build the right functions
Champion company principles/frameworks for developing products in team discussions
Together with colleagues in product maintenance and evolve company product vision and roadmap
Identifying and communicating impediments to management
I'm interested! What should my previous experience consist of?
We think that you have a few years of experience working as a product owner or project manager. Though, in the end, we care more about your talent and attitude than your age, background or experience.
You have experience in Agile product development
Experience writing and defining requirements written in user story format
Experience and interest in coaching and growing team members
You are driven to get stuff done, but with a collaborative approach
You are a decisive leader with strong negotiation skills
You have built up a passion for excellence, development and the ability to support building an innovative culture
You are an excellent communicator, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
As a person, you thrive in an open and friendly work atmosphere. You enjoy communicating with colleagues and discussing technical solutions as well as plans for the weekend. This role is about problem-solving across team boundaries, fusing our products into a quality assured solution for our customers. We need an excellent problem-solver who takes ownership of areas of improvement.
