I'm interested! What tasks and responsibilities can I expect in this role? 🤔

As a Senior Account Executive, you will drive our revenue growth by leading end-to-end enterprise sales processes with potential customers through strategic value-based selling, workshops, business case definition and ROI analysis.

You will partner closely with our Business Development Representatives to land and expand new enterprise accounts. You’ll lead a consultative sales approach that speaks to HR professionals and business leaders.

You will also:

  • Develop territory business plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Develop account plans for new relationships, building, maintaining and nurturing strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Possess a full understanding of customers’ specific decision-making and purchasing process, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Responsible for navigating through an enterprise organization to connect multiple buyers and influencers.
  • Develop and manage pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned quotas.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, and competitors.


That sounds fun and challenging! What should my previous experience consist of?

  • Several years of experience in consultative selling within HR-tech.
  • Experience selling to C-suite, preferably HR Directors.
  • Entrepreneurial/Scale-Up mentality, accountability, and comfort working in a fast-paced and family-like culture.
  • Ability to tailor demonstrations and identify the product fit with prospects.
  • Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities by engaging with new and existing clients
  • Great communication skills and native English speaking
